the sound at bryant park was pretty terrible, i'm sure it was a better show on TV..

Thanks, Jay. I feel slightly less lame now. In retrospect, I'd really hate for my first live Prince experience to be marred by shitty sound.

I can only imagine the awesomeness of seeing Prince in a small (tiny?) venue. And I'm not even that big a fan.

Tickets were, apparently, made available to members of the NPG fan club, not just the glitterati. As far as I know, Colleen is just a fan who got very, very lucky.
