10-day gap

Interweb access has finally been restored to Secret Society HQ. I'm not entirely clear why it takes Time Warner 10 days to send someone to drop off a new cable modem, but given the severity of the recent Queens blackout -- 100,000 people without power for 10 days -- at this point I'm just happy it was only the internets we had to do without.
