Apologies for the delay in getting this one up. This was the show that was broadcast on WFMU at the end of July -- here it is in all its fully and freely downloadable glory. "Hard Up on the Down Low" is a new one for us, and was written to feature Ingrid's sweet rack. Many of you know that "Ferromagnetic" is based on my sincere hope that one day, Blackwater founder Eric Prince will have a Tony Stark-like Road-to-Damascus moment... instead, he seems intent on plumbing the depths of villainy. And it's been a while since we've revived "Perils" but I'm afraid it's still pertinent.
Deepest gratitude to WFMU's Scott McDowell and LPR's Matthew Duane for making this recording possible. As always, if you like what you hear, kindly consider making a donation -- your support is invaluable and helps finance current and future Society activities:
Interesting how when I load this into iTunes the genre shows as 'steampunk bigband.' Cheeky!
Thanks for the fabulous music.
